Tasks Assigned to Apprentices:

Feeding, care and cleaning of horses, colts, fillies and small animals, as well as the cleaning of stalls, boxes and grazing pastures, and the care of saddles and bridles. Preparation of the horses for riding lessons and excursions. The apprentice develops his or her own riding skills, gives harness lessons to beginners, prepares training horses, and, if need be, guides horseback riding excursions and oversees the breaking in of young horses.

What We Offer:

We offer horseback riding lessons for beginners and advanced riders. From harness courses to conventional riding methods and jumping. We arrange rides across the plantation, and rides on the beach. There is something for everyone.

Prerequisites for apprentices:

Basic knowledge of horses and the desire to broadly expand this knowledge. The readiness, skills and perseverance to gain a foothold in a new environment. Outgoing and adaptable nature. Minimum stay of 6 months (max. 12 months). At least 18 years of age.
